I have purchased both of my kilns from Hot Clay along with many other consumables and tools. The second kiln hasn't arrived yet but I am certain that the delivery will be as smooth as before. I bought a Kilncare Ikon V46 and absolutely love it and have just ordered an IKON V61 GXR as a second kiln to use for my business. I am just about to replace my kiln elements on my first kiln as part of standard servicing but have to admit that they still look and perform really well. Great pre sale and after sales advice from Mike, including about ventilation and element replacement etc and resources provided (videos etc). If you are still wondering why to shop there and care about the planet THEY ARE A B CORP COMPANY - what's not to like?

The website is really great for a learner like me, the working notes are so helpful. I’m lucky enough to live a few miles away and often click and collect. It’s always ready and they are so lovely. Although living really close to edinburgh there is only 1 supplier of clay and accessories and the delivery prices are astronomical. I'm so happy to have found hot clay they have such a good range of clays and sizes for me as I was still trying to find the right clay for me to work with. I was able to order smaller bags, which was great. Delivery prices to Scotland are very reasonable and communication is fantastic. This now is my go to place to get everything I need. Thank you

Some years ago I bought my Brent wheel, since then clay and glazes. I’ve also sought advice. Without exception I’ve had great service and would highly recommend Hotclay.
