So as a professional potter, there is a great range of equipment and materials on the hot clay website. I was able to quickly find what I needed and it was in stock. Unfortunately when it came to delivery DPD mucked it up and delivered to completely the wrong place. DPD were no help at all but Demi who got in touch from hot clay was most helpful. She was able to explain what I needed to do and what would happen next. Fortunately the people who had received my package in error brought it round so things were resolved quickly. But I was impressed with the level of service when something had gone wrong, and the reassurance that they knew what they were doing and how it would get sorted. Thank you Demi.

What can I say? Hot Clay is hot stuff! I bought a kiln in December and the service was amazeballs! Speedy delivery and superb customer service. Puts some of the other suppliers I use to shame. Plus Hot Clays is employee owned, which kinda speaks for itself!
