I have purchased both of my kilns from Hot Clay along with many other consumables and tools. The second kiln hasn't arrived yet but I am certain that the delivery will be as smooth as before. I bought a Kilncare Ikon V46 and absolutely love it and have just ordered an IKON V61 GXR as a second kiln to use for my business. I am just about to replace my kiln elements on my first kiln as part of standard servicing but have to admit that they still look and perform really well. Great pre sale and after sales advice from Mike, including about ventilation and element replacement etc and resources provided (videos etc).
