Excellent service; I received an email to advise me that a glaze, which was currently scarce worldwide, had come into stock. This was fantastic as I had been checking out various UK and EU suppliers for ages trying to get this particular product. I had put alerts on most websites for them to contact me when glaze was in stock. This was the first company, and only company thus far, to do so. All goods ordered arrived well packaged. Very pleased with my order.
