Product Details

Product Information

Generally known as a calcium flux in high temperature glazes but it does have other uses. It can be used to create a satin surface in a glaze as well as better durability and hardness. It’s often an ingredient in earthenware clay bodies as a whitener and filler. A good substitute is wollastonite which contains silica.
