Kilncare’s IKON V61 is a premium quality plug-in kiln made in the heart of the potteries in Stoke-on-Trent, England. The IKON V61 has a 61 Litre capacity chamber, gas dampers for opening and closing with ease, lockable wheels for easy mobility.

The KCR32C controller is very intuitive to use and comes with 10 sample programs preinstalled.

If the kiln is situated in an area with a reliable source of WIFI, the WIFI enabled controller will allow you to view your firing progress and data through the kilncare webpage. This can be accessed via phone, tablet, PC or Mac.

  • We are pleased to offer Free Delivery of this kiln to anywhere in the UK.(Mainland only, not islands).
  • Delivery is kerbside only and does not include installation. Please consider that you may need help to situate the kiln.
  • Lead times for Kilncare Ikon kilns are currently estimated at 8-10 weeks, for any further enquiries please contact us.
  • When ordering your kiln please state any access requirements at the delivery address in the special instructions.
  • Upon dispatch of the kiln, our team will be in touch to book a delivery day that is convenient with you. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm on your nominated day unless requested otherwise. If you require a timed (AM/PM) or dedicated day (Saturday/Sunday) delivery this will incur a surcharge.
  • If you are in a remote location or have restricted access and require a specialist vehicle, please be aware that this may incur a surcharge.
  • Custom delivery can be provided at an additional cost, although this can be very expensive. We may be able to help with advice and quotes using specialist logistical companies.

I Love this Kiln!

I took a lot of time deciding which kiln is right for me, looking at all the different makes and sizes I went a bit kiln mad. As a newbie to pottery I was looking for something not to complicated, easy to use. I looked at kilns around 60 to 70 litres in size as wanted it to grow with me and house my work. The Ikon 61lt had everything I needed.
I was pleased I upgraded to the wi-Fi as it’s so convenient for me to check on it when I’m at work
Every firing has been very successful and I’m always excited to open the lid after a glaze firing.
I highly recommend this kiln as a starter or professional, the size is perfect and it’s very good on the electric being just over 3kw to run.

Top quality amateur kiln

There are a lot of small kilns on the market so choosing is difficult. At the end of the day I wanted a kiln that was robust and reliable. It was evident that a lot of thought has gone into the design and construction of this kiln from the strong chassis which supports the lid to the easy electrical access for element changing. I've done two firings so far with the kiln and the results have been great. The wifi controller upgrade seems expensive tbh but you can store all your firings on the web portal or a usb stick. I strongly recommend this kiln if you want a reliable workhorse..
