Rohde Top Loading Raku Pottery Kiln: TR44

The ROHDE Raku kilns use highly efficient thermal insulating bricks for their construction, which offers a longer service life than the temporary ceramic blanket alternatives. The top loader is segmented; therefore assembly/disassembly and carriage are simple. The kit contains everything you need, burner, hose, manometer, connectors, shelves, pyrometer and thermocouple. With optional equipment of castors. Sizes range from 44 Litres to 170 Litres. The 80-litre ‘vario’ model is one which can be extended later.

Burners:

1 Rohde Atmospheric burner with 30kW for use with propane. Fittings include burner stand, flame igniter, flame fail, air-slide, manometer, hose and connectors. There is a digital pyrometer for temperatures up to 1150°C with a thermocouple type K, range 130°C to 1150°C.

• All Rohde kilns are delivered to Hot Clay first for inspection before going onwards. All other items will be sent with the kiln.
• Delivery is kerbside only and does not include installation. Please consider that you may need help to situate the kiln.

• When ordering your kiln please state any access requirements at the delivery address in the special instructions.
• Upon dispatch of the kiln, our team will be in touch to book a delivery day that is convenient with you. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm on your nominated day unless requested otherwise. If you require a timed (AM/PM) or dedicated day (Saturday/Sunday) delivery this will incur a surcharge.
• If you are in a remote location or have restricted access and require a specialist vehicle, please be aware that this may incur a surcharge.
• Custom delivery can be provided at an additional cost, although this can be very expensive. We may be able to help with advice and quotes using specialist logistical companies.
