Rohde Front Loading Pottery Kiln: KE600S

The KE-S is a 5-sided kiln. Elements in the three sides, the door and the floor. Cubic sizes range from the very small 100 Litres to 1000 Litres. This kiln is made for a long-term investment and is used in many professional ceramic environments.

With the five sides being heated, it offers a more uniform, even heating. The elements are on rods to give that extra support. With a top temperature of 1320°C and with a high kW potential, the benefits will be fast climbs and more productive turnarounds. See the additional list of other special features below. 

Rohde also produces model ranges KE-S and KE-S+, these will attain the following temperatures. The KE-S+ (1350°C) and KE-SH (1400°C). At first glance these can appear very similar, but each range has differing top temperatures, power demand and volume size availability. If your needs are for a lower, less frequent firing then do consider the KE-S+ and KE-SH ranges. See technical specifications on each kiln for full differences.
