Rohde Front Loading Raku Pottery Kiln: KR150

The ROHDE front loading Raku kiln use highly efficient thermal insulating bricks and a lightweight door insulated with body soluble ceramic fibre; this offers a longer service life than the temporary raku kiln alternatives. The front loader has a sensibly proportioned design with a sturdy frame. When the door is open it will allow full and easy access for the removal of wares. The kit contains everything you need, burner, hose, manometer, connectors, shelves, pyrometer and thermocouple. With optional equipment of castors and a drying rack. Sizes range from 70 Litres to 150 Litres.

Burners:

1 Rohde Atmospheric burner with 30kW for use with propane. Fittings include burner stand, flame igniter, flame fail, air-slide, manometer, hose and connectors. There is a digital pyrometer for temperatures up to 1150°C with a thermocouple type K, range 130°C to 1150°C.

• All Rohde kilns are delivered to Hot Clay first for inspection before going onwards. All other items will be sent with the kiln.
• Delivery is kerbside only and does not include installation. Please consider that you may need help to situate the kiln.

• When ordering your kiln please state any access requirements at the delivery address in the special instructions.
• Upon dispatch of the kiln, our team will be in touch to book a delivery day that is convenient with you. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm on your nominated day unless requested otherwise. If you require a timed (AM/PM) or dedicated day (Saturday/Sunday) delivery this will incur a surcharge.
• If you are in a remote location or have restricted access and require a specialist vehicle, please be aware that this may incur a surcharge.
• Custom delivery can be provided at an additional cost, although this can be very expensive. We may be able to help with advice and quotes using specialist logistical companies.
