The easiest way to pay for your order is to use an instant payment method, such as debit or credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay etc.
We also offer payment by bank transfer, but we cannot dispatch goods until the funds are received.
If you are a school or college and have a Hot Clay account, then you can enter a Purchase Order number at checkout. An invoice will be sent at the same time, payable within 30 days. If you have never placed an order with us and would like to pay with a purchase order, please contact us beforehand.

Standard delivery orders under 2kg delivered to the UK are sent by Royal Mail and cannot be tracked.
Orders over this weight are sent by courier, are usually trackable and will require a signature, otherwise you can select Priority Tracked at checkout for most orders.

In most circumstances a card will be left if you are not in. The driver may leave the parcel with a neighbour or take it to the depot to attempt re-delivery the following day.
If you order is being delivered by DPD, you should receive a text or notifcation, with options if you are not in. Please note: Requests to leave in a 'safe place' are done at your own risk, as we cannot claim for loss or theft of items left unattended on your instruction.
Kilns, wheels and other palletised orders are sent by special courier. The delivery driver will call and/or email you to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you are not in, then a card will be left and the item kept at the depot to attempt redelivery. For more information, take a look at our Delivery & Returns page.
We offer a free Click & Collect service for orders, and these will typically be ready within 24 hours on working days.
