Botz Earthenware Glaze: Autumn Blues 9457

Size: 200ml brush-on liquid glaze.

Remove the glaze from the pot, stir and agitate the glaze in a larger container. Make sure all the material is mixed thoroughly. Whilst keeping the glaze moving, dip the brush and hold sideways, to keep the material evenly distributed, then apply using confident dabs, move the liquid around and work quickly and smoothly. 2 to 3 applications could be needed so allow to dry between coverings.

Stable between 1020°C to 1060°C (Cone 06 to Cone 04), but can be fired up to 1100ºC (Cone 03).

Over 1050°C there is an increase in green and brown dots, and it becomes smooth and shiny.

Applies well to white, red and black clay bodies.
