This is the most traditional method for throwing, some say, it is the only way as it provides a better experience, modern electric wheels spin too fast meaning the pots de-water quicker thus creating problems in the throwing. When standing and leaning on the edge of the once-piece splash pan you generate momentum by moving a bar with your foot to turn a heavy flywheel which will power your wheel. If you have a shed or outhouse that is far from an electrical supply then this could be for you. It also has the advantage of being a simple mechanical design that will last you many years, not needing spare electrical components to be replaced.

The wheel comes with a 2-year warranty (1st year parts and labour, 2nd year parts only).
*The warranty covers replacement parts which fail without fault or misuse by the user. Failed parts must be returned to Hot Clay before replacements are sent. Brent or Hot Clay will not pay shipping for the return of the failed part, but we will pay for the shipping of the replacement part.
This applies only to goods sold within the UK. For other countries, the warranty only covers parts and not shipping.
